LIFE AT HOME

How are you adjusting to school life at home?

Tayler: “I’m adjusting because I have to, but I would much rather be in school for my Senior year with my friends, and making more memories.”

What have you been doing in your spare time to keep your mind occupied?

Tayler: “In my spare time, I do a lot of work around my farm.”

LOOKING BACK AND FORWARD

What are your future plans after high school?

Tayler: “I plan to attend Finger Lakes Community College to study Integrated Health Care.”

What coaches have influenced you the most throughout your high school career? Why?

Tayler: Coach (Tom Parks). His constant encouragement always manages to make me strive to be a better player, and person. His support and belief not only for me, but for our entire team, is a big reason we have had the success that we have had.”

How much has it meant to you to represent your school’s colors in the sports arena?

Tayler: “It has meant so much to me. The support from the community and the fans for not only me, but the teams I have played on in Fillmore, is amazing. Especially our basketball fans, we have had great support from so many people. A lot of them would not only come to home games, but away games, even if they didn’t have a child or grandchild playing.”

What has been some of your favorite sports memories over the years in school?

Tayler: “The best memory of my high school sports career is when we won the Section V championship my Junior year in basketball. The memories I have made with my teammates on and off the court will always be some of the best times I will ever remember in my life.”

What’s your farewell message to your underclassmen at your school?

Tayler: “Always play for your team first.”
