The County is seeing plenty of young basketball stars beginning to rise to the occasion all throughout the course of the 2019-20 campaign, as we close in on the final week of the regular season. To this point, Scio junior Cam Loucks, and Whitesville freshman Vanessa Hall are leading the pack as the area’s leading scorers in their respective basketball divisions.
