LIFE AT HOME

How are you adjusting to school life at home?

Riley: “I’m not a really big fan of the online schooling, but being stuck at home has really taught me a lot about myself during this tough time.”

What have you been doing in your spare time to keep your mind occupied?

Riley: “I’ve been grinding some NBA 2K with my friends, and going on long drives.”

LOOKING BACK AND FORWARD

What are your future plans after high school?

Riley: “I will be attending The College at Brockport to study Business.”

What coaches have influenced you the most throughout your high school career? Why?

Riley: “Justin Thomas. He was always a coach I felt I could count on at anytime of the day to make sure I was okay as a person, and to make sure I always had the best tools to be a successful athlete as well. Steve Smith, my football coach, has taught me what it means to truly be humble, and he also taught me that hard work pays its dividends on and off the field.”

How much has it meant to you to represent your school’s colors in the sports arena?

Riley: “Everything in my life so far has revolved around being a Wolverine at Bolivar-Richburg. Being able to throw the black and red has left an unmeasurable impact on me. I will forever be a Wolverine.”

What has been some of your favorite sports memories over the years in school?

Riley: “Winning back-to-back Sectional titles in baseball with my best friends.”

What’s your farewell message to your underclassmen at your school?

Riley: “Don’t take any of your time on the field or court for granted. You never know when it could be your last. Always play hard.”
