Allegany County Athletic Association announces final All-Star selections of sports season; B-R’s Ayers, Fri/Scio’s Ross lead softball nominations

Before every school in Allegany County breaks for the summer at the sound of the final bell in just over a week from now, there was one final piece of business to take care of — the final All-Star selections of the sports season.

This past week, the Allegany County Athletic Association (ACAA) officially released their final set of All-Star selections from this past Spring, with Bolivar-Richburg’s Malayna Ayers and Friendship/Scio’s Nevaeh Ross leading the way with Co-MVP honors for their herculean and incredible efforts for their respective teams through Sectionals, and for Ross, through to the very end in the State Finals.
